Over a Year in Tucson

Hey All,

If there is anyone still following our page :)
We have been in Tucson for over a year now and life is good! It is so tempting to just hit the road again, but we are having a great time here with family and making friends. I do think a lot about the people who we have met along our traveling way and I do miss them all dearly.

ciao for now. Kindra

Hey How's Wallace doing? We are the aunt and the kids of his old owners and would love updates and pictures of what the little rascal is up to. Hope you're well and we enjoy your blog! Thanks and save travels and puppy kisses for Wallace.

Wallace is doing great! He was such a champ on the road during our travels, and honestly the trip just wouldn't have been the same without him. Now that we are here in Tucson he has a lot of fun playing with his big brother Pardo. I will post some recent pictures. We are very lucky and thankful to have him :)

Hey Nathaniel, sorry it took so long to get back to you. Hippie is a dog from Guatemala. She used to be a "street dog". Down in Guatemala it is very common to see dogs that live in the streets and eat food that people throw out in the trash. In the U.S. if a dog was found on the street people would take it to to the pound, but they don't have an organization like that there. The street dogs to tend be very shy and don't interact with humans very much. Hippie on the other hand followed a friend of ours home. She must have really liked him! Ever since she followed him home she has stayed by his side. We traveled back to the United States from Guatemala, in our truck, with our friend and his newly adopted dog... Hippie! Please feel free to view some photos of Wallace and his brother Pardo. If you go to our blog page, look on the right side and there is an icon you click that says "photo album". Once there they are under the album labeled "The Dawgs". ciao kindra
